Inspection or visiting charges paid for technician visits are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched or the inspection has been completed.

2. Repair Service Refund

Refund requests for repair services may be considered only if:

• The service could not be completed due to technical reasons from our side.
• Incorrect charges were applied accidentally.
• Duplicate payment was made by the customer.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.

3. Spare Parts

Charges for spare parts once installed are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the part is found defective during the warranty period.

4. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel service requests before technician dispatch without additional charges. Cancellation after technician arrival may include visiting or inspection charges.

5. Warranty Support

If any issue occurs within the applicable service warranty period related to the same repair work, our team will provide support according to the warranty terms.

6. Payment Disputes

For any payment-related concerns, customers are encouraged to contact our support team first for resolution before raising disputes or chargebacks.
